# ADMIN-001 — Premium backend dashboard foundation

## Goal

Create the first deployable WALKA Admin Dashboard without changing the public Flutter API contract or weakening Product Master governance.

## Implemented in this slice

- Dedicated environment-only dashboard username/password configuration.
- Server-side dashboard session guard.
- Rate-limited `/admin/login` flow with session regeneration.
- `/admin` overview with catalog metrics, backend/API contract status and recent audits.
- `/admin/catalog` product and variant authoring surface.
- Product edits reuse `CatalogAuthoringService` for `name` and `features`.
- Variant edits reuse `CatalogAuthoringService` for customer-facing `color`.
- Revision conflicts return the author to current catalog values rather than silently overwriting.
- Product Master facts, category, identity, ASIN, Pantone and sort order remain locked.
- `/admin/audits` newest-first audit view.
- Premium responsive WALKA shell using existing brand navy `#003366` and gold `#D4AF37`.
- No browser-side `WALKA_ADMIN_TOKEN`.
- No Node/Vite build dependency for dashboard rendering.
- Feature coverage for auth, access control, overview rendering, product editing, variant editing and logout.
- Deployment and final URL handoff documented in `docs/ADMIN_DASHBOARD_PLAN.md` and `backend/README.md`.

## Handoff after merge

Continue with #268 / ADMIN-002: deploy `backend/` to the final HTTPS host, configure production secrets, run migrations/seeding/cache steps, verify `/api/v1/health`, then provide the hosted `/admin` URL for final smoke testing.
