## Delivered

- Added `WalkaPrimaryButton` under `mobile/lib/design_system/components/buttons/`.
- Uses the existing global ElevatedButton theme rather than duplicating gold/navy/radius/touch-target values.
- Supports optional leading icon, expanded width, enabled and disabled states.
- Focused widget tests cover theme inheritance, callback, minimum themed height, icon, full-width layout and disabled state.
